JohnFitzgerald
I played. One acoustic guitar part. Both 70s style twin lead parts. Bass - natch. My mate played. 2nd acoustic guitar part. He's much better at the picky stuff than I am. I make no apologies for the twin lead and the bass having loadsa chorus on it. Merry Christmas. All thumbs
Wish I'd spotted this earlier! Great job - lovely fretless tone, and overall sound mix wise. Very enjoyable listen. Scott. ...just enjoying "Twang on you stringy diamond" :-) Edited December 29, 2012 by All thumbs
JohnFitzgerald
Wish I'd spotted this earlier! Great job - lovely fretless tone, and overall sound mix wise. Very enjoyable listen. Scott. ...just enjoying "Twang on you stringy diamond" :-)
Thanks for the kind words. Would you believe that I played it on fretted bass ? I know it sounds fluid enough to be fretless, but I think the chorus removed a lot of the sharp edges from the sound. Twang on was a little bit tongue in cheek :-)
