JohnFitzgerald Posted December 23, 2012 Posted December 23, 2012 I played. One acoustic guitar part. Both 70s style twin lead parts. Bass - natch. My mate played. 2nd acoustic guitar part. He's much better at the picky stuff than I am. I make no apologies for the twin lead and the bass having loadsa chorus on it. Merry Christmas. All thumbs Posted December 29, 2012 Posted December 29, 2012 (edited) Wish I'd spotted this earlier! Great job - lovely fretless tone, and overall sound mix wise. Very enjoyable listen. Scott. ...just enjoying "Twang on you stringy diamond" :-) Edited December 29, 2012 by All thumbs Quote
JohnFitzgerald Posted December 29, 2012 Author Posted December 29, 2012
Wish I'd spotted this earlier! Great job - lovely fretless tone, and overall sound mix wise. Very enjoyable listen. Scott. ...just enjoying "Twang on you stringy diamond" :-)
Thanks for the kind words. Would you believe that I played it on fretted bass ? I know it sounds fluid enough to be fretless, but I think the chorus removed a lot of the sharp edges from the sound. Twang on was a little bit tongue in cheek :-) Quote
