Zoom 708ii

Just been searching the Jaco 'tone' and the idea came up about the Zoom 708ii pedal.

Bring new to effects in general, just wondering if that is an up-to-date model, or if there is another product on the market that would offer basic effects (distortion, chorus, etc.,) with a things like a Jaco thrown in?

Be used mainly with a US P if that helps!

I'm not totally sure what you're talking about, but I used to have a Zoom 708ll & whilst it's a good pedal to introduce you to effects, there's newer & better out there.

If you're looking to stay with multi effects, then Zoom & Line6 both have a good selection of units, as do a few others.

the zoom b9.1ut has a jaco setting, which although isnt exactly right I think its as close as you're going to get via cheapish effects. I quite like it.
