Problems with EBS proline 4x10 horn

Hi bass chatters,

I seem to have a problem with the horn in my ebs cab. I have never had a problem with this cab but just recently the horn keeps cutting out. I have have had the back plate off but everything looks fine and nothing is burnt out or un-soldiered...... The only thing i can suggest sometimes when u play with attenuator it sometimes kicks in, would that be the problem?

It's strange if it is as i have never moved it from 12 o clock point!!


Has anybody else had same problems?

Does anyone know where or who i can get these bits from?

Possible dry solder joint? Try giving Soundtech or Bernie Goodfellow at GBGuitars.co.uk a shout. Bernie in particular is likely to know about any probs and still carries spares due to his faith in the EBS sound.
