1989 Stingray fretless 5 string in honeyburst.
Pau ferro board on a very pretty maple figured neck.
Strung with new flatwounds and fitted some straplocks recently.
Comes in hard shell case (not MM).

Lovely bass, very good condition, albeit a tiny scratch on tip of headstock.

Really don't play electric bass much these days, just concentrating on songwriting, so this is the last of my "nice" basses to go.

Here's some pics taken in poor lighting.

These prices are firm, no offers please, (unless you want to pay more of course.)

PayPal if you pay fees, or cash.

As I said I don't play bass much, but am keeping a P bass for recording...however I could be persuaded to trade for a 6 string guitar (semi-hollow?) or another fretless plus cash, but the likelyhood is it won't get played anyway, but try me.

Could deliver/meet up as far as Basingstoke, Bournemouth, Bristol, Exeter for petrol costs.

Happy new year...

Superb bass & the price is frankly nuts! This won't last long.

if this was fretted I'd seriously have to have it! my '89 SR4 is amazing and I have serious gas for an SR5 - just dont need another fretless.
lovely bass!

Seriously tempted. Great price for a top drawer 5 fretless. What weight does it tip the scales at?

Not weighed it, but I'd say at little under the 10lb mark.

After a serious back injury 5 yrs ago anything in the region of 10lbs hurts me for any length of time, therefore SR5's arent usually on my radar...but this is such a good deal and I have been looking for a 5 string fretless.

Might have to really think about this.

Certainly feels a lot lighter than my Blade B4 and Ibby Musician that I recently had.
