I've just been working out how to play one of Meshell's lines from an album that came out in the 90s and she is a wickedly tasty and tricky player . Still a lot of work for me to do to get it down properly , or indeed anywhere near .

There a good number of clips from Manu's One Shot Not program's on YouTube IIRC. A very cool program indeed, much better that Later to my ears and eyes. YMMV.

wow.. i so dig pino's playing as do i meshell's .. shes very different musician in many ways to pino, as in she writes music for full albums...... two of my favorite bassists/ musicians right there... ive got to be honest, although ive loved meshel for a long time, i get the feeling that she looks up to pino when there talking... hes pretty much the contemporary master when it comes to solid groove playing imo... meshel is a little different in her approach to groove.. imo... thanks for posting..
