I see I need to spend a great deal of time researching some these folks listed here. Thanks a bunch all.

One more pairing I will add is Sam Whithrow/Fred Withrow with whom I worked when we lived in Indianapolis.
Their playing was like sibling harmony and, unfortunately, they set the bar so high that it is a difficult standard to meet.
