prengel_basser Posted January 9, 2013 Posted January 9, 2013 (edited) I´m selling my Warmoth Precision Bass. I bought the body and the neck from Warmoth in 2011. The Body is Alder and is painted in Candy Apple red. Looks absolutely stunning in person! The Pickguard is from Warmoth, too. The neck was custom made for me. it´s a Precision Neck made of high grade Birdseye Maple and it´s reinforced with graphite rods instead of steel rods (NO NECKDIVE). It has also stainless steel frets which should last forever. The neck finish is the most expansive "vintage tinted satin nitro" finish. I spent 780,- pounds for the body and the neck. The Hardware is among the best of the best. Tuners are hipshot ulralight and they do their job perfect! The Bridge is an original Fender. In my opinion one of the best bridges out there . The Pickup is an old Gem from the 70´s. It´s an old Mighty Mite pickup, from the days When the company used to be a custom Shop, building outstanding basses! The pickup sounds just awesome. warm, yet articulated, just brilliant! The nut is from Graph Tech. All pieces were jointed together by a professional luthier. In the end, I spent 1150 pounds to create this bass! I have to sell it because of financial problems . I would love to keep it.
