Plenty of dealers seem to have the Black or Sunburst one but not Candy Apple Red. It looks good, especially with the matching headstock. Quote

Ruiner Posted January 12, 2013 Posted January 12, 2013 (edited) Yeah bought it on Thursday, arrived yesterday. Not enough tension in the low-E for me (they come strung with a .084 low-E). Sounds great to me though. Apart from the low-E, general build quality, hardware, finish are all really good. Some talk on the bass VI facebook group of the quality of the bridge/neck being inferior to a real VI, and thus not able to handle a more traditional .095 low-E although having no experience of anything other than my jag baritone custom (also tuned E-E), I wouldn't know about that. Bought mine from guitar village first thing thursday morning. When I saw they had one in stock I didn't hang around having been lusting after an affordable bass VI for years. For me at least, it's an all-round really nice instrument in need of a few tweaks. Edited January 12, 2013 by Ruiner Quote
