[/quote] I THINK (it's hard to tell at this speed) that I am playing most of it right now) but when it drops to the B (or more accurately A#) string I just can't play that kind of speed. I'm not sure what it is but whatever my bottom string is on my bass I just can't pick the same speed as the ones below. I think it may be something to do with the fact that I lightly rest my thumb on the string below (when not on the bottom string).
