davebass66 Posted January 12, 2013 Posted January 12, 2013 (edited) Now Sold Edited May 7, 2013 by davebass66
topo morto Posted January 12, 2013 Posted January 12, 2013 It's just possible this could be my perfect bass... not quite the perfect timing sadly, but you can't have everything...

ordep Posted January 12, 2013 Posted January 12, 2013 are you issuing numbers to the club? I'll take one. THAT is my dream color combo for a dingwall but yeah, not quite the perfect timing also..
davebass66 Posted January 12, 2013 Author Posted January 12, 2013
Maybe we could all chip in....
I'm open to a group purchase!
Jellyfish Posted January 12, 2013 Posted January 12, 2013 Well I have half the cash ready right now so... Who wants the neck and strings?
topo morto Posted January 12, 2013 Posted January 12, 2013 Yeah, I reckon I could screw the neck on to an old P -body, put the bridge on at a cockeyed angle and be good to go...
Jellyfish Posted January 20, 2013 Posted January 20, 2013 Maybe consider my Ibanez? Cash your way of course.
Ashborygirl Posted January 21, 2013 Posted January 21, 2013 Surprised this is still here to be honest. If anyone's wavering don't let the frets scare you, they are so much more intuitive and comfortable than regular frets. The core tone is superb & the electrics put paid to the notion that flexibility demands an active EQ. Oh & the build quality is as good as you'll ever find. If someone doesn't jump soon I fear I will - it'll make a great partner to my AB1.
topo morto Posted January 21, 2013 Posted January 21, 2013 It's 'the one that I want' out of the basses on here - A few large and somewhat unknown expenses forecast for the next month just mean it's an irresponsible time to start waving such a chunk of cash around! Part - ex for an RBX 375..?
The core tone is superb & the electrics put paid to the notion that flexibility demands an active EQ.
Passive a big plus IMO - can't see the point in forcing your signal through a second-rate EQ if the bass sounds decent in the first place.
davebass66 Posted January 21, 2013 Author Posted January 21, 2013 Thanks Ashbory Girl... (You know you wanna buy it)! It really is a great bass and every time i read comments like that it makes me want to sell it less!...still needs must and all that
fretmeister Posted January 21, 2013 Posted January 21, 2013 If someone bought my Streamline I'd have it straight away.
Ashborygirl Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 <sigh> How much do I love this bass? Played mine last night for about 3 hours, I just can't put it down.
davebass66 Posted February 3, 2013 Author Posted February 3, 2013 It's Sunday......so buy this great bass!
