Dingus
Thanks for posting this . EWF were a band I used to give a wide berth to when I was younger , but in recent years I have come to appreciate that , behind the outlandish costumes and over- the -top stage show , they were a funky powerhouse . spongebob
I totally love EW&F....in fact I've been on a real fest of late! I think their early stuff is still very underrated - their debut was released in 1970, very different to the later stuff - it's all good in my book! Must admit, I don't own any of their stuff after 'Powerlight' - the post-hiatus material seems to get a bit of a mixed reaction. Although I always intend to pick up 'Illumination', their most recent album (2005?) as it's supposed to be pretty good.
