stingraybassman
http://bit.ly/WGzBlF £1800 for a non original that has been converted to a fretted? Fully loaded? Come on.
Dingus
As with any transaction , the seller can ask whatever price he chooses and if someone is daft enough to pay it then good luck ! I don't think I will be waving eighteen hundred of my own English pounds at this particular bass though .

SlapbassSteve
I think the '1' in the price tag must be accidental... surely..?

[/quote] Just the late 70s? :-D I reckon the going rate for a good condition, all original '77P is around £1200 This one has had more mods than Brighton, and I wouldn't be surprised if it's only worth half that. Chris Horton
There is not much left of this bass that is original Oh wait , maybe the tuners but it's hard to tell from these pics
evilLordJuju
It may be that he's not sure what it is worth, so prices it high, not expecting to sell, and invites offers... Quite a common way to do business on ebay if you really don't know what to ask for something.
thisnameistaken
I like the way it looks, probably wouldn't pay more than £400 for it though - it's a Precision after all they're not exactly rare.
chrismuzz
Looks pretty cool, not convinced it's a Fender though...
