jalapeno
Newb question: Any suggestions for housing a Yamaha Bex4 bass. I've just won one off Ebay and want to house it in something better than the box it came in. Acoustic bass cases/bags look too deep to me, but happy to be proved wrong. Ta for answers & tolerance ......
brensabre79
You might be surprised how well it fits in a normal electric bass case actually. I was when I got my Ibanez semi-acoustic. It fits in my cheaper gig bags, but not the Ritter ones which are a tight fit even for my Jazz bass. If you're near a music shop, mosey on down with your bass and see what they got... jalapeno
I'll have to get the tape measure out - it is a 34" scale. Will report back

Standard prices £19.40, 28.16 and 66.36 respectively, I feel a BC special coming on..

If the Fusion one I've ordered takes too long to arrive I'll cancel and try one of those.
hubrad
Yes, and kind of.. Tribal Planet as such is sadly defunct after the death of the founder, but we now do the follow-on which off the same kind of protection.
BassBod
I'd look out for a Protection Racket bag - pretty generous dimensions and good padding.
