stingrayPete1977 Posted January 15, 2013 Author Posted January 15, 2013 (edited) Sorry in the heat I have indeed said mm! not cm I may be able to counter sink the tail piece enough tomorrow night to allow them to fit where they will stay for at least ten years! If my plan fails it will not result in any more damage to the strings and I can measure them from the ball to the silks to be sure and list each measurement, remember I have only cut 15cm and the silk is still [i]well[/i] over onto my fingerboard hence the problem.
