lefrash Posted January 16, 2013 Posted January 16, 2013 http://www.gumtree.com/p/for-sale/washburn-status-1000/1002086689 Looks pretty cool to me! Quote
lefrash Posted January 16, 2013 Author Posted January 16, 2013 ACtually.... after further digging, the price seems to be pretty normal. Not as good a bargain as the seller suggests!. Fraser Quote
BassBus Posted January 16, 2013 Posted January 16, 2013 It's certainly worth it. The money some people have been trying to get for these things recently makes this look cheap. If that's the type of bass you fancy then you won't go wrong with it. There's one on Ebay at the moment currently at £310. Quote
SlapbassSteve Posted January 17, 2013 Posted January 17, 2013 Definitely looks worth the extra £150 over usual going rate for a hohner jack, I'd say that's a good price for one Quote
Ashborygirl Posted January 17, 2013 Posted January 17, 2013 Seller says the neck is graphite - I thought these were all wood? Quote
BassBus Posted January 17, 2013 Posted January 17, 2013 Washburn Series 1000s all had wooden necks with phenolic fingerboard. They never had graphite necks. Quote
TheGreek Posted January 17, 2013 Posted January 17, 2013 There are a couple here for sale..mine and Bassmachine's...neither of us are claiming that their's has a graphite neck.. Quote
