Hey,
I don't really have a free evening to pick it up from anywhere this week, but if it's still around Pompey at the weekend, I'd give a plunk for a song or two on Saturday.

We're in the Eastney Cellars on Saturday night. Loading in 6pm-ish. Doors are open 7.30ish, but it is ticketed.

I'm there Friday :-p (apparently). Do you just want it for the night? When's best for you to grab it? You said you're busy evenings, I've tomorrow off work, failing that, it'd be evenings or Saturday morning for me.

Handover sorted! Bass will be making its second appearance at the Eastney Cellars in Pompey on Saturday night!

Even got our guitarist to make a donation towards it already!

Does anyone Know how to share Google Earth files?

I can and will do a simple map trace like that in the first thread , but I was thinking I could do a google earth trace so that it could be followed in detail but I cant suss how to share the route on Earth or whether peeps would follow it at such detail , I could easily do the route and save as a picture and refresh that for each event .

Any prefs Jim / Bcers ?

Bit late with this but, yes - right click the placemarker file under 'places' on the left hand side bar and it gives an option to email it. Works a treat - I emailed my entire route of a recent Mexico trip, uploaded from a datalogger.

Edit - I am sure I have missed it, but is there a running order for this yet?

Ha Ha , every time I think I have got somewhere , the bar gets raised :D , Is it do-able? it might be the FB page admin that needs to do that if it is possible but I will see if I can do it from the map end. I was trying to add photos to the place tags but that is beyond me at the minute .

I posted the topic up on Facebook, let me know via PM on here or just post it on the Relay FB page as normal, and I'll post the up and coming gig dates as and when they're announced on the Basschat Facebook page. :)

I'm just sticking all the names into a spreadsheet. If you've signed up, you'll very shortly get a PM regarding contact details to go with this.

Once this has been completed, a copy will travel with the bass and every member involved will receive a copy of the list too.

If you haven't signed up...why not?

P.S we now have QR codes to go along with the bass and for members to push.

No idea how to sign up. Please let me know.

Also, for those that aren't participating, there's a wee diary going around with the bass, I've added a few notes at the beginning, as follows:

Nice, I'm loving that map. I think it's awesome. PM me the link/code/whatever for it and I'll add it to the "about" section on the FB page.

Hey buddy, drop me a PM including your full name, email, contact number/s, location and any additional info that'll help regarding collecting/dropping off the bass, and I'll get your details added to the list.

Fantastic news Dave, I'd say keep the tshirt signing to members only though.
