Hi,

Im just putting out a feeler here to see if anyone is interested in this Beautiful German Made Marleaux M-Bass.
I dont really need to say how lovely it is as you can hopefully see in the pictures. Its only 2 years old and cost £2500.
I swapped the B-String tuner for a Hipshot D-tuner as I strung it EADGC for a while but changed back to regular BEADG. I do have the original schaller tuner but will ship with Hipshot installed.
It has active 2band eq but to be honest ive rarely used the active because it sounds so good in passive mode.
Also installed is the pickup 'ramp' but thats easily removable but i think it looks cool on!
Anyway im looking for £1250 for this bass so please let me know if anyone is interested. Many Thanks

Phil

Hi Phil...

This is mightily tempting...i'm well impressed with my fretless Marleaux!

Would you be interested in my F Bass Studio 5 at all?

Thanks

Forgot to ask...does it have the coil-tap switch for the bridge pick-up and the passive tone control? If it does have the passive control, is that both an active and passive usable knob?

Thanks

Hi Jamie,

Yes it does have coil-tap switch for the bridge pickup & passive tone control.
The active is engaged from the volume knob being push/pull. Pull for active.

Thanks

Hi there, not in the market at the mom but just had to say this bass is gorgeous...... good luck both in moving it on and to whoever is lucky enough to end up with it.
