I have a small collection of lovely basses and amps that are very dear to my heart, yet everywhere I turn there's lovely CS and vintage Jazzes, peculiar CS Precisions, Deluxe P's, Vanderkley cabs, Mesa stuff... what's going on? However, I have GAS fair and square for the Industrial Radio MIDI bass that Big Red mentioned recently. First time I've had GAS since I bought the Spector NS5 6 years ago. However that bass would effectively make the MIDI pre on my Shuker redundant.[/sup] [sup]BTW, I believe the recession will officially end this year too, I'm picking up all sorts of clues in the UK at the moment. Local authority workloads are creeping up in my sector of the market along more business development and graduate jobs advertised in the private sector too.[/sup][/size] Quote
molan Posted January 21, 2013 Posted January 21, 2013 It is entirely possible that my personal stash of basses will have grown by a Roscoe SKB, another Ritter Cora and a Celinder J Update this month, distinctly likely to be an Alleva Coppolo LG4 in there as well and I'm still drooling over a couple of things in the classifieds! Garry [/quote] My GAS seems to be cyclical - it was mostly for nice natural wood tops and now I'm drifting towards simpler plain colour pastels and the odd sunburst Quote
