I can set a mid heavy tubey sound on Ch. B and have a mid cut slap sound on Ch. A. Just like in the picture above. It very versatile in the studio as well as live. I've used it to make a passive bass come alive or to have two different tone options when playing live. I haven't compared it to the Bassbone so cant comment on the differences. But would think the EBS could have a few different sounds as you can introduce the valve / tube overdrive button. ( does not use real valves ) Marc
