Has tort plate fitted as shown, the original black item is included. Original Seymour duncan pickups. It sounds lovely. Unmarked except for a tiny dink, painted over, on the upper bout and shown in closeup photo.Approx 4mm long by 2mm wide and barely visible from more than a foot away, I had to look hard for it to take the picture and you can see from the scale of the photo just how close I had to get to capture it. I think this is worth £150 plus 24 hour signed shipping at cost (10 pounds). You could arrange your own courier or collect. Its in the mansfield area in nottinghamshire, just off J28 of the M1. You are welcome to come by and try it.
