krzysztof Posted January 23, 2013 Posted January 23, 2013 Hi guys Im thinking of selling a lefty Yamaha trb 5 . . it has a small chip in the front of the headstock but the rest of the bass is as new apart from some shinny rub from fingers over the pickups. What would be a reasonable price to ask for? Thanks in advance K Quote
charic Posted January 23, 2013 Posted January 23, 2013 I think the lefty part could make this a difficult one to predict Quote
Jellyfish Posted January 23, 2013 Posted January 23, 2013 Wouldn't be unreasonable to ask for around £450-£500I don't think, but it'll take time to find a buyer I think. With it being a lefty, it'll take longer (although it should technically be harder to get a hold of) but because they're good basses, it'll be hopefully more sought at tear than most lefty basses. JohnFitzgerald Posted January 26, 2013 Posted January 26, 2013 There'll be a lefty player out there who is looking for a TRB and can't find one. Ebay currently has a lefty TRB1005 which is maybe on its second or third time round the block with no takers at £560. If you want to sell, it's a bit less than that, even though that's a TRB1005.
