peteb Posted January 24, 2013 Share Posted January 24, 2013 If anyone is going to the Skegness Rock & Blues bash this weekend, I will be playing with Rhythm Zoo. We're the last band on Saturday night after the headliners have finished. I'm believe that we're playing on the stage in Jak's Bar, starting just after midnight. As I understand it will be the only place you can get a drink at that time, so we're the last band of the night! It's the first gig with our new guitar player (who is excellent), so really looking forward to it. Come and say hi after the set if you're around...... Pinball Posted January 28, 2013 Share Posted January 28, 2013 A great night, your venue had the best atmosphere on the Saturday Some great music over the weekend. particularly enjoyed blasts from the past Hawkwind and Dr Feelgood-I swear that Feelgood have got faster rather than slower over the years Also the more chilled Erja Lyytenen and Swamp Band were the perfect pick-me-ip for Sunday Afternoon. The Henrik Freischlader Band are not to be missed and are on tour at the moment.
