7string Posted May 19, 2008 Share Posted May 19, 2008 With the weak $, stuff from europe is more getting more expensive, so you were right not to buy !! Gear made in the USA is another matter.... I was in the States last month and brought back a USA-made Ovation Elite-T 12 string electro-acoustic which cost me just $659 (about £340 ish). It came with a great Ovation case as well.
