bassmeg Posted January 27, 2013 Posted January 27, 2013 (edited) Solid beautiful bass which i am very sad to see go. But i am not playing any more so i need to find all my gear a new home. This has been my first choice bass since i bought this off RayFW a couple of years back. Beautiful solid maple neck and fretboard. Neck is "C" shape Stays in tune very well. Has an awesome 18v cuircuit which gives whatever you want. Bass and treble cut/boost and pull/push turn for low/high mids. Pick up pan selector and volume. 35" scale (i love this) All stings have a very tight feel, which makes this a dream to play. There seems to be no marks to finish that i can see. Mahogany body with translucent cherry finsh & matching headstock The bass comes with Nordstrand pups and an Aguilar preamp with i did not install, but i am very pleased that it is there. Hiscox hardcase supplied also the original pups which are colour co-ordinated to the colour of the bass. This bass has a real feel of quality to it, i would suggest much more than the price tag leads you to believe. It is in the same league as stingrays and MIA jazz and Ps for sure. My opinion- Better. £550 Collection/testing in Portsmouth. will post at cost. Geester Posted January 27, 2013 Posted January 27, 2013 Lovely looking bass......with the Nordy's and aguilar pre it must sound great. Is it just me or is the E string anchored in a strange spot on the bridge.....

It has just slipped out of position. I shall put it right and post a new pic.
RayFW Posted January 29, 2013 Posted January 29, 2013 Aaagh!! I would love to have this back but I'm skint at the mo'. One of the few basses I genuinely regret selling. GLWTS Bass-a-licious: they're Big Splits.
bassmeg Posted January 29, 2013 Author Posted January 29, 2013 I am glad you have clarified the pups ray. Is a beauty for sure. And i know i am going to regret moving it on, but my band has split and i need to get rid.
bassmeg Posted February 5, 2013 Author Posted February 5, 2013 Withdrawn for now, cant bear to regret selling this.
