Happy Jack
I'm interested in buying a bass from this eBayer, but the location is Yarm (Cleveland) whereas I'm in London. ashborygirl has feedback of 31, with 21 of them as a Seller, and nothing since last November - so no details at all as to the sort of stuff being sold. On balance, I'm not prepared to send over £500 to a complete stranger on that level of information. Anyone know this person? Or is he/she actually a BassChatter? Kiwi
Possibly Froover? She plays Ashbory basses, however she also says she's in NW Scotland.
thedarxide
If you can pay with Paypal, I wouldn't worry about it.

To get protection up to £500, the Vendor must be both PayPal Verified AND have feedback >50+. I suppose I could assume that the mere existence of a PayPal account means that the Vendor is genuine ... for a given value of "genuine". Hmm. I need to think about it, I suppose. If you have to make the full journey, ask for a contribution via way of a reduction in price. If it's worth buying, it's worth the trip. And can you imagine the row if we met at, say, Crewe and I said I didn't like the bass?

Macko1968
Hello folks. It's my bass that I have listed on the for sale section. When I stuck it on evilbay I was inadvertently logged in on the wife's account. As a result I get phone calls at work along the lines of "A man has emailed me & wants to know if it has graphic roads in the neck?", "er...grapite rods Dear & no, it doesn't". If anyone wants to view they are more than welcome & I'm sure Eubassix will be happy to vouch for me as a seller & the wife as maker of cups of tea. Thanks though for looking out for Jack, nice to know folks out there are wiling to help.
