Encore special edition LTD 83 P Bass, with some mods.
It's a good solid, well made bass, a little heavier than a modern USA P.

Got this as a last try at liking P basses. But alas, I like the idea and the look, but still not my cuppa.
I've got a "ratted" hohner Jack that does P bass sound brilliantly.

I've replaced the pups and harness with some from a Jap P and they've a much higher output with a lovely warm/punch contrast.
I replaced the saddles with some spiral ones, replaced controls with chrome flat tops, and put a Fender neck plate on ( but will include the original special edition one).
Also put a cheeky logo on, its an ok job.

£150 collected, or delivered by me within an hours drive from north Dorset.
Postage would be about £15.
Trade for something Jazz bassy or similar with 2 pups and will add cash, and/or a brand new electro acoustic classical, if you fancy that too, (£200 value)

Is that Gold Hardware?

The bridge and machineheads are a dull brass like finish.
Looks pretty vintage :-)

What make is that electro acoustic classical? does it play well?
[/quote]

Plays very nicely, the day I bought it I took it to my luthier on the way home from the shop to fit the ball end d'adarrios and set it up for a low action.
Since then its hung on my wall.
Happy to take more pics in day light, or post sound clips.

It's a Manuel Ferrino MFAC-Slim.
Here's a link to my ad captain.
