Ant
hey hey! so the only phaser i currently have is an old ibanez PH-10, it's quite nice but pretty subtle, im looking for something a bit more "in your face" the morphine dream from loud button electronics sounds amazing, but since it's as big as a car, i'm not going anywhere near it!! i also really like the way the MXr phasers seem to add a bit of distortion to your signal, which help it be a bit more noticeable. the ibanez has top mounted jacks which is a massive plus, just wondered what else was out there? chrismuzz
EHX Small Stone nano! Only one knob and a depth switch, and it's all you need. WIth it engaged the frequency range is so ridiculous it makes your feet vibrate til they're numb. I bought one off here a few years ago for under £40! Ant
i have a bit of a problem with EHX stuff, everything of theirs i've gigged has died on me mid gig!
chrismuzz
No way I see you're a Roland/Boss endorsing artist, their modulation effects are really good! Maybe try a few of their offerings?
Thor
MXR Phase 90 is all I need!
Monckyman
Make sure you set it to Stun only.
GazWills
I went on a bit of a phaser quest a while back. really quite liked the phase 100, but for me, an old boss PH1-r was search over. slight volume boost, and it does a good 'chewy' phase, without being too aggressive. also, main reason i fell for it was it works so well sat in front of a fuzz.much better to my ears than the ibanez, maxon, mxr and ehx phasers I tried. they are a bit on the pricey side when they appear on ebay, but really worth it i think. resonance control can dial in everything from subtle to pretty full on, but it is not harsh sounding, and get almost get a bit 'filtery' at times. i quite like it, it probably shows! EskimoBassist
The only pedal I regretted selling was my Phase 90 - can be had pretty cheap as well. Sound great with dirt or just on their own.
Doddy
I really like the Guyatone Phase Shifter. I've got an old DOD phaser that's really good too. If you want something different, take a look at the Pigtronix Envelope Phaser. Great pedal.

GazWills
i really liked the phase 90 i used to have, just a bit too full on for what i wanted at the time... the sound of that pedal really reminds me of the bass (and guitar, especially) on morning view by incubus.
