Any idea which Hipshot Bass Extender i need to fit to my Yamaha BB424x bass?

The tuners are Fender style open gear jobbies but have a 3 screw plate like this http://cdn1.gbase.com/usercontent/gear/3002184/p6_unktm3l5r_so.jpg
