Soundcheck.effects Posted February 10, 2013 Posted February 10, 2013 You interested for trade with fender jazz bass epoxy fretless???
Hamsalad Posted February 15, 2013 Posted February 15, 2013 Damn, if that was the sunburst model, I'd have offered my USA Jazz. Good luck though.
Apothem Posted March 26, 2013 Posted March 26, 2013
Is this a USA or Japan model ?
Miller 4 strings is japanese, only the 5s is made in USA.
ambient Posted March 26, 2013 Posted March 26, 2013
Is this a USA or Japan model ?
I think the 4 string versions are CIJ. Though I've got a US made 5 string version, and I've compared it to a couple of CIJ 4 string ones, and there's no difference as far as I can tell. They sound the same and the build quality is identical. You read a lot about people changing the pickups and electronics, can't for the life of me work out why, I suspect it's cos they're told my unscrupulous people at bass shops that the bass would sound soooooooo much better with boutique pickups, and a fancy preamp, which is utter nonsense, these are brilliant basses, and you don't need to change anything.
Robert Manning Posted May 10, 2013 Author Posted May 10, 2013 Bump!, and price reduction! £630 or remember, trades still welcome!
Raslee Posted June 28, 2013 Posted June 28, 2013 Trade for my Lakland 5501 that's up for sale and a little cash your way?
Robert Manning Posted June 28, 2013 Author Posted June 28, 2013 Hey man, thanks for the offer, id be super tempted if it was a 4 string. I'm not cut out for a 5! take care!
Raslee Posted June 28, 2013 Posted June 28, 2013 No worries, although I'd have to say Laklands make a 5 string easier - good luck with the sale buddy
