Best I-phone tuner

Anyone use a tuner on their I-phone?
I notice that TC Electronic do one which I assume will be good but can anyone recommend one 1st hand?

The TC one is great. If you like strobe tuners, the Peterson one is pretty good too.

I've got the TC one, which is great.
Guitar Toolkit has a better tuner though & can be used for multiple instruments & has different tuning modes. It is £6 though, but it's the one that I use the most.

Clear tune is the best one that I've found, and I've tried quite a few. You can tune all sorts of instruments

I've used Guitar Toolkit for years without any issues, well worth the £6.

I've been playing on and off for about 45 years and the TC Electronics is the first tuner I've ever been completely unable to tune an instrument with. Absolutely useless.
I've no idea why it didn't work for me (on two different devices) but thought I'd throw my thoughts into the arena - no apparent way for a refund either.

I've tried loads, on iPhone & Android, and found them all to be varying degrees of crap.

I've tried 6 or 7 different ones and the only one that works consistently well on my iPhone is the TC Polytune.

However it doesn't work as well on my iPad mini. Struggles to track the lowest notes.

I have "G string" on my android, never used it in anger though.

Polytune has my Peterson strobe app beaten. It tunes perfectly for me, which the Peterson doesn't.
