Which pedal

Hi all I bought a set of pedals off a person here in oz a Digitech envolope filter , Arion bass chrous , Arion bass over drive , a Behringer bass limiter.
What order should I put the ie bass -??????????
Also I am thinking of buying either a Digitech compressor or a Boss Flanger ( I can only afford 1 baout the same price) which 1 & why or none with what I already have thanks.
Music RHCP Greenday , Navana, not too heavy rock etc
