Big Bass Man
Bass chat friends Does anyone know where I can get one of these in this exact colour? http://www.warwickbass.com/modules/produkte/produkt.php?katID=14445&cl=EN It's my dream bass. Are there any dealers in the uk? The only one I can find (in that colour) is on basscentral.com and I'm a bit scared of the tax stuff if I ordered? Any views/comments are appreciated …
stoker
Nice looking bass (ba$$?). Always been in 2 minds about Warwicks but that is rather tasty! Good luck with your search. Edited February 14, 2013 by stoker
verb
I don't think there are any Warwick dealers in the UK at the moment.I read somewhere about a shop that was going to start selling them, somewhere in the east,Norfolk or Suffolk I think. You can order directly from Warwick on the web shop but I think they only sell at full retail price. Warwick Distribution are based in Hailsham,it might be worth getting in contact with them. Warwick will be at the London Bass Show, you could ask there if you are going.
mart
I dared to say there were no Warwick dealers in the UK and got shot down by Warwick's PR department: http://basschat.co.uk/topic/192222-gak-needs-you/page__p__1872414#entry1872414 Unfortunately the dealer named there still doesn't have any mention of Warwick on their webpage. Personally, I would look into one of the German web shops. Thomann might be worth a try, or Beyer's. Or you could look on ebay. de for Warwick basses and you'll find several more dealers, or hit the Warwick website and search for dealers in Germany. They generally have the best stocks, and often reasonable prices. And there'll be no surprise taxes to pay since it's within the EU.
Happy Jack
Finding Warwicks is surprisingly difficult. I went looking for the Corvette $$ NT 68 Special http://www.notreble.com/buzz/2012/12/03/warwick-introduces-corvette-nt-special-edition-68-bass/ (which has led to a bit of a kerfuffle on another thread) and couldn't even work out to find the price!
