LOL - that newsletter from Warwick got my attention too :D
As electric uprights, Triumphs are cool IMO, such an unusual shape. I've never been able to play one though - I'm actually waiting for Warwick to produce an affodable lefty Rockbass Triumph sooner or later! - so I'm not sure whether such shape is as ergonomic to play as the traditional long-and-thin EUB shape.

Flying V meets double bass ! ....I smell spandex !!

Great pic :D
Nah, no spandex in the thrash metal look, it's blue or black denim and minimal accessories, in fact, as the photo shows :)

There is - only 4 strings and only right-handed for the moment.

I'm afraid I can't help on this - the Triumph Lite was launched at NAMM in January, so it's quite new, and it may not be in many stores yet... you could try asking Garey (Warwick_Official), to see if he has any info on who might be selling or at least showcasing it in the UK.

Kiwi, Lee most certainly does! Of course its not what he's known for or makes his living from. Thanks!

As I have an old pair of platform shoes lying around, am I right to assume that the currency for buying this Bass is an old pair of shoes? If so, I may have 2 pairs...!
