Does have velcro on the back but I have saved the rubber feet so you could peel of the velco and put the feet back on if you wanted too. It will come with the original box and instructions and other literature. This pedal does provide a huge amount of dirt. Too much for me I'm afraid so I'd like to trade it for another distortion/fuzz pedal that is not quite so fierce.
