BetaFunk
I need some screws so i can replace the pickguard, bridge and pick-up covers on my 1974 Fender Jazz Bass. I can source the pickguard screws as you can buy them easily on the internet but i can't find the screws for the covers. Anyone got any ideas who might sell these? Jono Bolton
I don't know that they're not the same screws, whenever I've had covers on eith my P or J they've always appeared to be the same as the scratchplate screws. Screws are usually sold in packs of 20 in my experience so there should be a good few left over for the covers once the scratchplate's on. Hobbayne
I asked the same question. Yes they are. Dastill
I bought a pack of 24 last week on eBay for round about £3-4 I think it was, made by fender and they're really durable long lasting screws! Not like some of screws that come standard on alot of basses ( took me about an hour to manage to get the screws out if my p bass stock pickups earlier cause whoever set it up last decided to round every single bolt!)
