Seymour Duncan SMB-4C advice/wiring

Hi all,

Simple one really. My P has a basslines MM pickup installed. It's currently wired in series, I'd like it in parallel. The SD site has a diagram for wiring with a pre, but I'm using it passive. I've got a handful of wires coming out of the pickup and don't know what goes where.

I've tomorrow morning off, a soldering iron, but no diagram.

Who can help?
