Vigier arpege III 6 Strings

I have a problem that I would like if anyone can help, I have a Vigier Arpege III year 6 string 90, the preamp started giving me problems not found the preamp scheme so I changed it, but now I think excessive noise that has mass and there is nobody who can fix ... there is someone on the forum that has a low like mine?? can someone tell me if this is normal??, I hope someone can help me, thank you very much.
