rumour6 Posted February 23, 2013 Posted February 23, 2013 I've had four 6P's over the years and this is by far the best one, the neck is slim and super fast and for its age ('92) it's in fab condition; Piezzos fully working.
Thornybank Posted February 23, 2013 Author Posted February 23, 2013 Ha! And I'm sure it is as good as you remember yours to have been. Let me know what the penny jar yields....
Deamon Posted February 25, 2013 Posted February 25, 2013 Interested in trading with a warwick streamer lx5?
andy67 Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 (edited) This is some bass! Again, had the luxury of playing this on a few occassions - it is magnificent! Those of you contemplating this should come to a decision quickly because, in my view, there is no better crafted 6 string on the market place! But I'm biased cos I love the TRB! Also, these were hand crafted and built at Yamaha's custom shop in Japan. Edited February 28, 2013 by andy67

Thornybank Posted March 5, 2013 Author Posted March 5, 2013 Cheers, Ted. An amazing looking swap item. 35" scale isn't going to suit me, though. For 5-ing, I am more at home with my G&L 5500.
jonnybass Posted March 5, 2013 Posted March 5, 2013 If I remember right I think I owned this for a while, a great playing bass.
RandomBass Posted March 16, 2013 Posted March 16, 2013 Wow stunning. Yamaha certainly know a thing or two about making basses, don't they?
