Marshall DBS 7410 Cab Refurb

Just thought you might like to see the difference a few hours and a roll of new tolex can make to a very tired looking cab. I bought it off a fellow BC'er and just felt compelled to get it looking half decent again. Its a great sounding cab, with plenty of headroom, but its very heavy at nearly 60kgs. I stripped the old tolex off, covered it in new Marshall Elephant grain tolex, painted the front grill and generally gave it a good clean inside and out.

As I bought it...............

It had no feet, and had been dragged around a bit, wearing out the tolex on the underside completely

It was very satisfying refurbishing this great cab.

Yeah, that Marshall DBS bass gear is good, but makes Peavey look positively lightweight.
