deefer_dog
So, I have aqquired said bass, repainted in black from 'gold' and it's also my first fretless..... Finding the whole experience very different indeed. Will get pics up soon. Also, it's my first Spector, granted, it's the low end, but paint and de fretting jobs are spot on! Anybody have experience with these basses?
Cosmo Valdemar
Is that the single pickup passive model?
deefer_dog
That's the one. EMG-HZ with one volume and one tone knob.
Cosmo Valdemar
Great basses. I would love to own one! I have it's bigger brother, the NS2000/4. You should get some great fretless tones form it with that pickup placement. Is it a fretless model or has it been defretted?

High but forgiving action. Still cursing at myself for not hitting the notes spot on...... All in time!!
