Eden CXM110 - should I buy it?

Hello everybody!

I know somebody who is selling an Eden CXM110 cabinet for a decent price. I am looking to use this with double bass by itself (and possibly with a Barefaced Compact) for blues band gigs, as well as potentially jazz gigs all by itself with a MarkBass SA450 (so, 300W going into it).

What will this be like, volume wise? I imagine that there may be some issues by itself as it's a single 10", but all of your thoughts would are welcome.
