All set up, new strings, adjustable bass and generally restored. Sounds great and has a lovely neck. I play mostly rock n roll and swing- some jazz. 35 yrs on electric- upright novice but not too bad. The bass comes from a dealer. Peter at Beverley music centre. Is this. Good deal? oggiesnr Posted March 13, 2013 Share Posted March 13, 2013 Peter does all my work and he's never set me wrong yet, I dropped my bass off last night for him to reprofile the neck as it's a bit clunky for my hands. In fact I've got my eye on a bass that he's currently working on but that will depend on what the weather's like this summer (my job is weather dependent.
