JamesBass
After having a good practice session this afternoon I feel more in love with my bass and playing than ever, since buying my Rick I've progressed so much more as a bassist I enjoy playing more and more now and look forward even more to playing. This seems to happen every time I pick my bass up now Anyone else experience this at all?
xilddx
My Warwick Streamer CT is my ONE bass, I love it. I even tried to sell it last week

The USA plays better, and sounds better, but for some reason I just like the CIJ more. So lesson learned, it`s not going anywhere now. It's the best bass I've played and yet I still fancied swapping it for a Precision or a block and bound Jazz. Just for a change.
thisnameistaken
I think most basses are good enough to do anything you want. The really valuable factor is whether a particular bass makes you want to pick it up, and that's usually a combination of it being (primarily) attractive and also comfortable. discreet
I'm in love with my Custom P, but there would be something very wrong if I wasn't, really. If a day passes and I don't play it (rare) I start to feel as though something's missing...
TheGreek
Yes I agree about having that "one bass" - problem I have is that nearly all my basses are that "one bass" at some time..
xilddx
If a bass excites me and makes me want to play it, it's the ONE bass. But that ONE is MANY :s

If it's not "good enough" to do the things I want to do then I don't own it. Edited March 6, 2013 by neepheid
