seashell Posted March 12, 2013 Posted March 12, 2013 Well I didn't realise that playing a Fender P in a covers band put you in Chav territory. But if so, I'm in ! Also I have been known to wear toe rings and ankle jewellry, which I gather from another thread is beyond the pale. Quote
gary mac Posted March 12, 2013 Posted March 12, 2013 I'm deffo in then. Although sometimes I use my G&L. Quote
Dad3353 Posted March 12, 2013 Posted March 12, 2013 I'm not sure I'd want to be a member of any club that would accept me... Quote
chrismuzz Posted March 12, 2013 Posted March 12, 2013 I should be allowed to join for using nice, expensive and clean Markbass amps... but running cheap Peaveys and multiple dirt pedals through them Quote

icastle Posted March 12, 2013 Posted March 12, 2013 A thoughtful, quiet and reserved individual with technique and equipment to match. No jewellery (not even a watch) and an antipathy towards heavily branded clothing. I'm out. Quote
BottomE Posted March 12, 2013 Posted March 12, 2013 Not sure if i qualify but couldn't resist such a tempting thread title. Quote
BobVbass Posted March 12, 2013 Posted March 12, 2013
I'm in based on playing a Fender Precision in a Covers Band, and shameless with it.
Oh no. Dear me no. One, here, plays a replica of said Messrs Fender Inc Precision Electric Bass by my good friends the Laklands in a popular beat combo playing non original music in various establishments around the southern fox hunting regions. I'm awfully sorry but don't qualify. So sad. Must dash. Quote

Cameronj279 Posted March 12, 2013 Posted March 12, 2013 I own a pair of nike trousers which on occasion I have been known to wear. I justify them with the 'they're incredibly comfortable' argument, which in fairness they are incredibly comfy. Quote
