Gretsch G5128 Gold Sparkle US DeArmond pickups. Now sold!
£695

Recommended Posts

Gretsch G5128 in Gold Sparkle finish. This discontinued Electromatic Korean model was the top of those Series and came factory with US DeArmond pickups. The similar and cheaper G5120 came with unbranded single coils oriental pickups.
The only weak points in these guitars were the floating bridge -substituted by a Gotoh- and the tuners, that were replaced for a brand new set of Gibson Deluxe.
Now this beautiful guitar not only looks amazing and sounds absolutely great, but also stays in tune forever even using the Bigsby intensively.

It came with a padded gigbag, but it will be dispatched with a very good Western hard case.
