dudewheresmybass Posted March 29, 2013 Posted March 29, 2013 Hi mate, What's the minimum output load?
Jack Posted April 15, 2013 Posted April 15, 2013 Would love the cab, not coming to Newcastle anytime soon are you? :-(
Phil Adams Posted April 15, 2013 Posted April 15, 2013 While you are dropping the cab to Jack in Newcastle, could you drop the head off to me in Maidenhead. I'll make you a cup of tea. Ta.
spacey Posted April 15, 2013 Posted April 15, 2013 Uncomplicated indestructable amps that sound like a bass amp should, loud, clean and bassy.
Phil Adams Posted April 15, 2013 Posted April 15, 2013 No answer yet Jack. Perhaps he thinks we're joking.
rushbo Posted April 15, 2013 Author Posted April 15, 2013 (edited) Hey Jack and Phil.... Whilst undertaking this 12 hour round trip from the West Midlands to Maidenhead and Newcastle and then back, would you like me to pick you up some shopping on the way? A selection of delicious canapes and a case of fine wines? But seriously, sadly I'm not heading in either direction in the near future, but I can get a quote for posting the cab and head out. The head won't be too scarey, but the cab weighs about as much as Anglesey. They are and they do. Edited April 15, 2013 by rushbo
Phil Adams Posted April 15, 2013 Posted April 15, 2013 Seriously, [s]yes, the canapes sound delicious, some vol au vents would be nice as well.[/s] Would you split if jack could get the cab somehow? I could collect, I'm not around the corner but at least in the same hemisphere.
rushbo Posted April 15, 2013 Author Posted April 15, 2013 I'm more than happy to split the items up (although they may sulk, but they'll get over it....) Possibly even a meet up may be do-able too. Feel free to shoot me a PM. The vol au vents will be extra tho'...
tonyquipment Posted May 8, 2013 Posted May 8, 2013 I'm not actually going to buy it but thought I would chip in and say it does look nice a nice tidy bit of kit!
wally8 Posted May 8, 2013 Posted May 8, 2013 Ive got the same set up but the older firebass 700 head. They are very loud, very clear and sound killer if u put a VT bass or bdi21 through the fx loop. My firebass head has a side handle which makes it easy to carry, dunno if the nitro does.
