The cab weighs in at a slender 91lbs and the head is a shade under 40lbs. The upside is that in the event of a nuclear war the cab would make an ideal shelter...

[/quote] Since I had my hip replaced (for the second time in 2 years) after a motorcycle accident. Obviously Im hoping the strength will come back (weight training and martial arts are my passion....as well as bass )....but I have to be carful about what and how I lift for the next year or so.
