I've downloaded the toneprint app.onto an iphone 4s - but when I try to 'beam' it through the pickups to the amp - nothing happens !! I have also tried to load via my google chromebook, & a samsung netbook - with windows 7 starter - but nothing.............help please?? I am very old & a 'card carrying' technophobe so all donations gratefully received - the simpler the better - thank you?? I start the toneprint app, set it running and it gives a three second countdown, which is enough time to rest the phone on the pickup. it doesn't really matter where exactly. When the tonprint transfer starts, you should hear the 'modem noise' through the amp and the toneprint LED will flash. if the bass volume is not high enough then the amp won't be able to receive the data (but the amp volume doesn't matter). I 'think' it did it first time & it made 'the noise' too !! - no one mentioned about turning the bass up in anything I've read anywhere!!
