Where is Jon Shuker's workshop?

Just wondered what town he's in - I couldn't see any address or std dialing code on his website.

Hope, just the other side of Castleton Derbyshire.

As you go through Hope from Castleton, there's a left turn up a country lane, and the industrial estate he's on is just on the right up there. Can't remember exact details, it's been a while.

Not that remote, Hope's a 20min-ish drive from Sheffield...it is chuffin miles from Inverness though

Just so you know, I think he only has "consultation" type visits on thursdays and "setups etc..." on saturdays IIRC

Yes, I saw that, thanks. I just had a mad notion when I woke up this morning that I might be able to skive off for a visit on Easter Saturday. I'd obviously have to get in touch with Jon beforehand if I decide to go, to make sure he'd be around. It'd be a fairly long trek just to have him check out my bass and change the strings, and maybe buy a Shuker case!
